Employee Self Service

The concept of paper payslips and other paper payroll documents is fast becoming a redundant model, and with the  introduction of the GDPR there is the additional concern of confidentiality and data security.

With Self Service you will be able to invite your employees to access the portal securely, allowing them to:

  • Browse and download their history of payslips, P60s and other payroll documents.
  • View their payroll calendar, including annual leave, sick leave and parenting leave.
  • Request annual leave directly from Self Service.
  • View the personal details you currently hold for them, and request to make updates.
  • Cloud security.

Employees can access Self Service from any computer (PC or Mac)., tablet (e.g. iPad), or Smartphone (e.g. iPhone, Android).

Employer Dashboard

Clients can access their own employer dashboard, allowing them to:

  • Access the data for each of their employees, including the ability to set annual leave on the calender and make updates to employee information (which all flows back to payroll).
  • View the employer-wide payroll calendar.
  • View payroll reports exactly as they are set up in payroll.
  • View the schedule of HMRC payments and access the p30 for each period.
  • Clients can request multiple users.
  • Store HR documents such as employee contracts, company handbooks, newsletters, disciplinary documents and much more.

Additionally, the GDPR introduced a new best practice recommendation whereby organisations, if possible, should be able to provide remote access to a secure self-service system which would allow the data subject with direct access to his or her personal data.
